Delete Your Account and Data
Axcentra LLC (“we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy and gives you full control over your personal information.
If you no longer wish to use our apps — including Plank Timer and Fitness Tracker — you can request the deletion of your account, which is associated with
Axcentra Fitness.
Once your request is processed, your account will be permanently removed, and your data cannot be recovered.
Data We Store and Will Delete
When you request account deletion, the following data associated with your account will be permanently deleted:
- Any custom workouts you have created
- Your workout history (e.g., logged exercises, sessions, and progress)
How to Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your account, please send an email to
support@axcentra.com with the subject line:
“Delete My Account”
In your email, please include:

The email address associated with your Axcentra Fitness account.
For security reasons, please send this request from the same email address that is registered with your account.
- (Optional) Any additional details that may help us locate your account
What Happens After You Request Deletion
- We will confirm receipt of your request within 7 days.
- Your account and all associated personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
- Once deletion is complete, you will receive a confirmation email.
Important Notes
- Account deletion is permanent. You will not be able to recover your data once it is deleted.
- Some data may need to be retained for legal, regulatory, or security reasons (e.g., payment records),
but will be handled in accordance with our
Privacy Policy.
- If you reinstall our apps after deletion, you will need to create a new Axcentra Fitness account.
