This Privacy Policy describes how Axcentra LLC (“Axcentra,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information in connection with our mobile applications, including Plank Timer and Fitness Tracker (the “Apps”), and your Axcentra Fitness account (collectively, the “Services”). The Apps are provided as an ad-supported service and are offered “AS IS.”
This Policy applies to information processed when you use the Apps or interact with the Axcentra Fitness account features. Some functionality may be available without registering an account; however, certain features (like syncing) may require an account.

Depending on your region, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases: performance of a contract (to provide the Services), legitimate interests (e.g., to keep the Apps secure and improve them), consent (e.g., certain analytics/ads where required), and legal obligations.

The Apps may display advertising via AdMob. You can control use of your device’s advertising identifier through your device settings (e.g., “Reset advertising ID,” “Opt out of Ads Personalization” on Android). Depending on your region, you may also be prompted for consent where required by law.
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
The Apps are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise these rights by contacting us at support@axcentra.com.
You may request deletion of your Axcentra Fitness account and associated personal data at any time. Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.
You can also remove the Apps from your device at any time. Uninstalling the Apps will stop future data collection from that device but does not delete your account data stored with us—please email us for account deletion.

We may process and store information in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards to protect personal information transferred internationally.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the “Effective date” above. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective signifies acceptance of the updated Policy.
