This Privacy Policy describes how Axcentra LLC (“Axcentra,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information in connection with our mobile applications, including Plank Timer and Fitness Tracker (the “Apps”), and your Axcentra Fitness account (collectively, the “Services”). The Apps are provided as an ad-supported service and are offered “AS IS.”

Scope

This Policy applies to information processed when you use the Apps or interact with the Axcentra Fitness account features. Some functionality may be available without registering an account; however, certain features (like syncing) may require an account.

Information We Collect

User-Provided Information

• Account information: If you create an Axcentra Fitness account, we collect your name, email address, and user id.
• Content you add: Any custom workouts you create and your workout history (e.g., logged sessions and progress).
• Support communications: Information you provide when contacting us (e.g., email, support requests).

Automatically Collected Information

• Device & app data: Device model, operating system/version, app version, language, general app interactions, and advertising identifiers (e.g., Google Advertising ID) used for ads/analytics.
• Diagnostics: Crash logs and performance data to maintain and improve the Apps.

How We Use Information

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Apps and Services.
• Sync and store your custom workouts and workout history with your Axcentra Fitness account (if you create one).
• Provide customer support and respond to your requests.
• Measure performance, debug, and prevent abuse or misuse.
• Show ads and measure ad performance (for ad-supported features).
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

Legal Bases (Where Applicable)

Depending on your region, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases: performance of a contract (to provide the Services), legitimate interests (e.g., to keep the Apps secure and improve them), consent (e.g., certain analytics/ads where required), and legal obligations.

Sharing & Processing by Third Parties

We do not sell your personal information. We share limited data with service providers acting on our behalf to operate and improve the Services:

• Google Play Services
• AdMob (Ads)
• Firebase Analytics
• Firebase Crashlytics

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights/safety, prevent fraud/abuse, or in connection with a business transaction (subject to appropriate safeguards).

Advertising & Your Choices

The Apps may display advertising via AdMob. You can control use of your device’s advertising identifier through your device settings (e.g., “Reset advertising ID,” “Opt out of Ads Personalization” on Android). Depending on your region, you may also be prompted for consent where required by law.

Data Retention

• User-provided data (e.g., account email, custom workouts, workout history) is retained while your account is active and deleted upon verified deletion request (see below) or when no longer necessary for the purposes collected.
• Automatically collected data (e.g., analytics, diagnostics) is typically retained for up to 24 months and may be stored thereafter in aggregate form.

Security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children’s Privacy

The Apps are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise these rights by contacting us at support@axcentra.com.

Data Deletion & Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your Axcentra Fitness account and associated personal data at any time. Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.

1. Email support@axcentra.com with the subject: “Delete My Account”.
2. Include the email address associated with your Axcentra Fitness account. For security, please send the request from the same email address registered to the account.
3. We will acknowledge your request within 7 days and delete your account and associated personal data (including custom workouts and workout history) within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.

You can also remove the Apps from your device at any time. Uninstalling the Apps will stop future data collection from that device but does not delete your account data stored with us—please email us for account deletion.

International Data Transfers

We may process and store information in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards to protect personal information transferred internationally.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the “Effective date” above. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective signifies acceptance of the updated Policy.
